As an Avon Representative you can make money by creating a Downline. Your Downline consist of new reps that you recruit who will then sell under you. You will become the leader of the reps that you recruit and teach them the ins and outs of being an AVON Rep. You will make a commission off of your downlines future sales, so it is in your best interst to be a good leader and promote success among your downline.

Becoming a leader requires little more than asking people to join AVON under you for a small fee of $10. However if you approach this with a set plan your success with AVON may come quicker. Incorporating your Rep recruiting with your current AVON sales methods might be one of these easiest ways to start. Simply putting a business card inside of the brochures you pass out that says something like "Make Extra Money" can be a great way to recruit. There are hundreds of ways to recruit new reps both online, and in person.

Making sure your new recruits are prepared is important since the sooner they are out making money the sooner you will be making money. Getting them all the information they need will help them get started. Try and keep track of all the question you had when you started and talk about these things with your new recruits.
